Payroll Coordinator & Administrator

We are currently searching for Payroll Coordinator & Administrator to our team of 4 members with the following areas of responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for external payroll vendor
Preparation / Collection of documents for payroll processing and their timely delivery to payroll vendor
Act as a contact person between employees and payroll vendor – manage vendor´s and employees´ inquiries and requests
Personal files administration
Attendance system administration
Production and maintaining various reports and statistics
Close cooperation with Finance team regarding compensation and payroll agenda
Benefits administration

We require:

High school or university degree in Finance or Accounting
Understanding to Czech labor legislation
Previous payroll experience is huge advantage
Attention to detail and excellent with numbers
Computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUP, etc.)
Native Czech or Slovak and good written and spoken English
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
