Marketing Manager

Currently we are searching experienced person for senior role in Marketing department. This person will be responsible for marketing strategies in CBRE managed shopping centers within Czech Republic and will be methodically leading shopping center marketing managers.

Your Responsibilities:

Active participation in marketing strategy development (based on dedicated marketing budget) for individual shopping centers
Cooperation and strategic lead of marketing plans development and budget allocations
Participation on strategic meetings with clients
Marketing strategy development for tendered projects and launch campaigns for new shopping centers (in case a marketing manager is not hired yet)
Leading the process of sharing know-how among marketing managers of individual shopping centers
Participation in hiring process of new shopping center marketing managers and support within onboarding process
Development and implementation of customer experience strategy and tactics
Driving speciality / short-term leasing activities

Your Profile:

Previous experience in strategic role in retail, shopping center or FMCG marketing for at least 7 years
Strategic approach and leadership skills
Experience with digital marketing and focus on innovative tools
Experience with loyalty programs and customer experience
Excellent communication skills in English and in Czech (verbal and written)
Strong PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Great organizational and time management skills
Focus on innovative marketing tools
Flexible, proactive and creative approach
